Article 1 - Definitions
In these general conditions, the following terms shall be understood to mean:
Withdrawal period : the period during which the consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal; Consumer : any natural person who acts for purposes that are outside his professional or commercial activity and who concludes a distance contract with the entrepreneur; Day : calendar day; Term contract : a distance contract concerning a series of products and/or services whose delivery and/or collection obligation is spread over time; Durable medium : any means that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store personal information in a way that allows it to be consulted at a later date and to reproduce this information without modification; Right of withdrawal : the consumer's right to cancel the distance contract within 14 days; Entrepreneur : a natural or legal person who offers products and/or services at a distance to consumers; Distance contract : a contract in which, within the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for the distance selling of products and/or services, means of distance communication are used exclusively until the conclusion of the contract; Distance communication technique : means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and the entrepreneur being physically present in the same place; General terms and conditions : these general terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and every order between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the contract is concluded that the general terms and conditions are available from the entrepreneur and that they will be sent free of charge at the consumer's request.
Article 4 - The offer
Where the offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this must be clearly stated.
The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to change and adapt the offer.
The offer will contain a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description will be sufficiently detailed to enable the consumer to properly evaluate the offer.
Article 5 - The contract
The contract is concluded at the time of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and compliance with the conditions imposed.
If the contract is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur shall immediately confirm receipt of acceptance of the offer.
The contract is secured by technical and organizational measures taken by the contractor to ensure the security of electronic data transmission.
Article 6 - Right of withdrawal
The consumer may terminate the contract within 14 days without having to provide reasons. This period begins on the day after the consumer receives the product.
The consumer must return the product to the entrepreneur in its original condition and with all parts and packaging provided, except in cases of normal wear and tear for testing the product.
Article 7 - Costs in the event of withdrawal
If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the costs of returning the product are his responsibility.
Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned product or proof of return shipment.
Article 8 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Products manufactured to consumer specifications;
- Clearly personalized products;
- Perishable products;
- Products opened or sealed for hygiene reasons.
Article 9 - The price
Prices for products and/or services may not be increased during the period of validity of the offer, unless changes in VAT or other taxes are applied.
Prices may fluctuate for products or services related to financial markets.
Article 10 - Conformity and Warranty
The products and/or services must conform to the description given in the offer, be of reasonable quality and comply with the legal regulations in force.
Guarantees offered by the entrepreneur, manufacturer or importer do not affect the consumer's rights under applicable legislation.
Article 11 - Delivery and Execution
The contractor will take the greatest care when receiving and executing orders.
The products will be delivered to the address provided by the consumer, within a maximum period of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 12 - Term contracts: Duration, termination and renewal
The consumer may terminate a contract of indefinite duration at any time, subject to the specified termination conditions.
Fixed-term contracts can be terminated by the consumer at the end of the agreed period.
Article 13 - Payment
Payments must be made within 7 days of receipt of contract confirmation.
The consumer must immediately report any errors in payment information.
Article 14 - Complaint
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the products, and will be processed within 14 days.
Article 15 - Disputes
Disputes between the entrepreneur and the consumer will be settled in accordance with Dutch law.
